Jon Elsasser President and a graduate of the Harvard Business School, Jon retired as Senior Vice-President and CIO of the Timken Corporation. He and his wife, Cindy, operate Canal Tavern of Zoar. Jon is active in the Zoar Community and continues to participate on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Bruno Frank is a graduate of the University of Akron Business College with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management. He currently works as an Account Executive for Miller & Miller Insurance Company in Dover, providing insurance solutions for both commercial and personal lines customers. Prior to the insurance industry, he spent 25 years working as a consultant in the Ohio Workers’ Compensation industry working with businesses of all sizes to ensure their workers’ compensation programs were performing up to industry standards. He is an active board member for, Dover Youth Football Association and the Tuscarawas County Incubation Board and is very active in the community. Bruno and his wife Mary live in Dover with their three children Bruno III, Lydia and Joshua.
Nathan Vaughan serves as General Counsel for the Kimble Company. Nathan’s primary responsibilities involve the management of all legal affairs for the Company and its affiliates and subsidiaries. He also supervises and manages the Company’s outside legal counsel. Prior to joining the Company Nathan practiced law at the Canton Office of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty, Co., LPA where he served as a Director and was involved in the firm’s real estate, corporate and energy practice groups. Nathan is extremely involved in his community where he serves on the Tuscarawas County YMCA Board of Trustees (2012-present), and has previously served on the YMCA Board of Directors (2006-2011), served as President of the Board of Directors (2008), the YMCA Executive Committee (2006-2010) and frequently serves as a Youth Sports Coach. In addition, Nathan has previously served as a committee member for the Young Professionals Network of Tuscarawas Valley (2006-2009), past chair of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce Governance Committee for Re-accreditation (2006). He has also served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Central Ohio (2005-2006). Nathan is actively involved in the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Dover, Ohio where he serves on the Stewardship and Personnel Committee (2010 – present), and previously served as President of the Church Council (2008-2009), the Young People’s Ministry Board (2005-2006), the Personnel Committee (2006-2007), and as Vice President for the Church (2006 and 2007). Nathan, his wife, Jennifer and their children, Taylor and Jacob reside in Dover.
Steve Schillig has been with the SBDC since May 2008. Before that, he spent 28 years in the banking and finance industry, with a concentration in commercial lending. Part of his career was spent as a CFO for a serial entrepreneur. Steve serves as a board member of the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Business Factory Committee in Tuscarawas County. He and his wife, Theresa, are the parents of two children.
Jeanne Keenan is a Small Business Advisor with the local Kent Tuscarawas SBDC Center. Previously, she owned and operated a food service business in Coshocton. Jeanne holds a Master of Education Degree from DePaul University in Chicago where she was an educator. In addition, she co-founded a non-profit Montessori pre-school in Coshocton and is a graduate of the Leadership Coshocton County program. Jeanne was assistant director at the Longaberger Family Center for several years. Currently Jeanne is an active member of the Women in Business group in Tuscarawas County as well as an active board member of the Business Factory.
Harry Eadon graduated from Case Western Reserve University and Baldwin Wallace University. He is the President of the Economic Development and Finance Alliance of Tuscarawas County. Harry is also the Vice President of the Board of the Eastern Ohio Development Alliance, Co-Chair of the EODA Real Estate Team, President of the Ohio Council of Port Authorities, a Board Member of the Ohio Economic Development Association. Harry also volunteers in several programs at New Pointe Community Church.
Scott Finnell has served as Executive Vice President of First Federal Community Bank for the past 16 years. He’s been a local banker for the past 26 years. Scott earned his BA Degree in Finance and Management from Mount Union College and his MBA from Ashland University. He has served on several Boards of Directors, and has been active in many different local organizations and charities throughout the years. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Rainbow Connection, the Dover City Schools Education Foundation, the Business Park Incubator, and is a member of the New Philadelphia Kiwanis Club. Scott lives in Dover with his wife, Amy, and three children, Josie, Emily, and David.
Jilliann L. Armstrong is an associate in Day Ketterer’s Canton office, focusing on business law, real estate, and family law. Jilliann works with her corporate clients and other professional advisors as a team to help clients achieve their immediate and long-term business goals and ensure their continued success. She advises businesses of all sizes, from single entrepreneurs to well-established large corporations, regarding corporate law, entity selection, mergers and acquisitions, business succession, commercial real estate transactions, financing matters, and contracts. Due to her marketing background, she understands clients’ business needs as well as legal ones. In family law, Jilliann is passionate about helping clients work through the myriad emotions and legal uncertainties that accompany divorce and dissolution proceedings, custody, and child support cases. She zealously represents her client’s interests while seeking collaborative and amicable solutions, treating each case with sensitivity, respect, and understanding. Prior to joining Day Ketterer, Jilliann was an attorney with Fitzpatrick, Zimmerman & Rose Co., where she focused primarily on corporate law, family law, and oil and gas law. She began her legal career as a summer associate with Pircher, Nichols and Meeks, a Chicago real estate firm. Jilliann is active in the community, serving as Village Solicitor of Bolivar, Ohio advising officials regarding ordinances, regulations, and compliance issues and all civil matters.
Joss Celuch is a CPA with Rea & Associates, Inc. He has been with Rea for three years and practices primarily in business and individual tax. He also works in audit and more recently has started working in consulting, predominantly for the manufacturing industry. Joss graduated from Malone University with degrees in accounting and business administration. He is a board member of the Tuscarawas County Farmers Market where he also serves as treasurer. Joss resides in Dover with his wife, Hilary.
